By placing an order on robertsworkwear.com you agree to the terms on this page.

The site is operated by Robert's Department Store, 342 Mamaroneck Ave, Mamaroneck, NY 10543, United States. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe every item as accurately as we can, using the information available to us.

Colours can vary between screens, and sizing varies between garment types, which is why we publish a size guide and answer sizing questions by phone and email. If an item arrives materially different from its description, it is covered by our refund policy.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in United States dollars and are the prices charged at checkout.

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed, through our payment provider. We reserve the right to correct an obvious pricing error and to cancel and refund an order placed at that price.

4. Orders and cancellations

An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email.

If you need to change or cancel an order, email support@robertsworkwear.com as soon as possible. We can usually amend an order before it is dispatched but not after. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable or where we suspect fraud, and any payment taken is refunded in full.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping charges, processing and delivery times are set out in our shipping policy, and returns in our refund policy.

Both policies form part of these terms. Standard shipping is $5.99, express shipping is $16.00, standard shipping is free on orders of $80.00 or more, and returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully or in a way that interferes with its operation.

Site content, including text and images, may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.

7. Liability

Our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
