How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $5.99, and it is free on orders of $80.00 or more. Express shipping is $16.00. We ship within the United States.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and standard transit takes a further 3 to 7 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM Eastern go into the same day's processing; anything after that starts the following business day.

Can I return something?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags. Start a return by emailing support@robertsworkwear.com with your order number, and we will send the return address and instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

You do, unless the return is our error. If we sent the wrong item or the item arrived faulty, we cover the return shipping and the replacement. There is no restocking fee either way.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Email support@robertsworkwear.com within the same 30 day window with your order number and the size you need, and we will treat it as a return and a new order so the size you want is not held up waiting for the first parcel to arrive back.

How do I choose a size?

Measure and compare against the Size Guide rather than guessing from another brand. Workwear is cut with more room than everyday clothing, and insulated bib overalls and outerwear need to fit over whatever you wear underneath, so size for the layer rather than for a bare torso.

Do you carry big and tall sizes?

Yes. Much of the range runs well beyond XL, and trousers are stocked in numeric waists with regular, short and tall lengths where the garment offers them. The size options on each product page are the definitive list for that item.

How long does it take to get a reply?

We reply to email within 3 business days. During store hours a phone call to (914) 698-0969 is usually faster, particularly for questions about sizing or what is on the shelf.
